• Data Accuracy: While Evive aims for high reliability, we do not warrant the absolute accuracy of automated financial calculations or reports. Users should verify critical data before making financial or legal commitments.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Paddle

• Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all payment-related inquiries and billing support.
• Billing: Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled through your account settings or by contacting Paddle support.
• Refunds: All refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software code, logos, and designs found on evive.co are the exclusive property of Digital Hubz. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business operations during your active subscription period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evive (Digital Hubz) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of rental income, data loss, or legal disputes between users and third parties (e.g., tenants). Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the Service in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination
